Educational Workshops

Our Educational Workshops give individuals and families the kind of practical knowledge that makes everyday life feel more manageable and hopeful. Drawing on our nursing and community-education background, we turn big topics like civic engagement, financial literacy, and life skills into clear, real-world steps you can start using right away.

Participants practice how to speak up at school meetings or community forums, understand where their money is really going, and make confident decisions that reflect their values. We intentionally keep the space welcoming and judgment-free, so adults, youth, and elders can learn side by side.

Workshops are offered online and, when possible, in partnership with community and faith-based organizations in San Francisco. Whether you join as an individual or bring a whole group, you leave with worksheets, resource guides, and a renewed sense that you have a say in your own future and in the health of your community.
